This is the BEST Memphis seasoning I have ever had. It is the perfect blend of everything that is important in a Memphis style seasoning. I've tried many, and this beats all others!!!! I've used it on chicken wings and pork tenderloin. Can't wait to try it on ribs. I'm so glad I found it in my local grocery store! - Ponca City, OK
